Short field Takeoff Procedure (No Obstacles)

If No Obstetrical Ahead: Flaps 10 degrees  

1. Flaps 10 Degree
2. Use Maximum Runway
3. Full Power - watch Temperature, Oil Pressure and RPM - if all OK 
4. Moderate Back Pressure on control column
5. Release Break
6. Pull controls once aircraft reaches 55 Knots
7. Once off the ground, maintain 65 Knots
8. Once about 300 AGL,  nose down to gain 75 Knots and maintain 75 knots

Short field Takeoff Procedure (with Obstacles ahead)

If Obstacles Ahead: No Flaps - With flaps the plane will be off the ground quickest but it will decrease rate of client once plane is off the ground  

1. No Flaps - Zero Degree
2. Use Maximum Runway
3. Full Power - watch Temperature, Oil Pressure and RPM - if all OK 
4. Moderate Back Pressure on control column
5. Release Break
6. Pull controls once aircraft reaches 55 Knots
7. Once off the ground, maintain 60 Knots (best rate of climb)
8. Once passed the obstacle, nose down to gain 75 Knots and maintain 75 knots until desired altitude is achieved.

Short Field Landing Procedure

Assuming the aircraft position is early downwind @ 1000 AGL

 Perform landing check

1. Call ATC request landing & full stop/touch & go (if controlled airport)
2. Once parallel to your landing target, start descending
3. Pull power back to 1500 rpm, 2 trim down, flaps @ 10 degrees, maintain 70 knots
4. upon turning base, increase flaps to 20 degrees and maintain 65 knots
5. Upon turning final, full flaps and maintain 60 Knots . 

Keep a close eye on speed as below 60 knots you are very close to stall limit, with flaps 60 degrees (full) you will need to a considerable down pressure on control column to maintain 60knots. 

6. Level off and land; note, given you are at slow speed, the transition will need to happen pretty fast, if you are too high, you may touch down hard due to stall  above ground.
7. Once you touch down, flaps back to Zero - Note, the reason to bring flaps back to zero is to aid breaking by restoring weight of the aircraft on back wheels
8. Pull the control column all the way back, and apply full breaks
