Procedure

- Flaps 10 degrees unless obstacles ahead (if Obstacles, set flaps to 0 degrees)

- Avoid breaking and keep rolling

- Control Column full back

- Increase power gradually

- Hold the controls all the way back

- The aircraft will be off the ground at about 45 knots which is below the stall speed.

This aircraft lifts off earlier due to the ground effect, since on the ground due to less induced drag and no wingtip vortices, the  aircraft takeoff is sooner.

- As soon as the plane lifts off the ground, apply forward pressure on controls to level the flight at approximately 1 wingspan height above the ground. Note: If you keep climbing at this speed, the aircraft will stall.

- Hold your altitude to gain more speed (approximately 60 knots)

- Start climb as needed i.e 65-75 knots

- Flaps back to Zero degree at 75 Knots (If flaps were used)

Landing:

- Full Flaps  or as needed

- Maintain 60 knots on final

- On short final, power idle and increase slightly untill you hear rpm increase.

- Level off very gradually and hold as long as you can untill aircraft tocuhes down, and keep holding back pressure and let the nose drop by it self

- keep holding the controls all the way back and taxi without stopping unless intended.
